When the Store Manager is not on-site, the Assistant Store Manager helps oversee store operations, complete required daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork, maintain accurate sales and inventory records, and support compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, particularly those governing alcohol and tobacco sales.
