The position provides flexible support across county programs, with current responsibilities including youth leadership, Teen Council, Youth Leadership Team, Junior Teen Council, countywide communication and marketing, grant and budget management, volunteer and club fundraising support, and regional 4-H activities. This tradition of excellence extends to the classroom, where 232 student-athletes earned academic honors, and to the community, where USU ranked second nationally in Division I service hours, with nine teams placing in the top 10 for community service.
