Maintain the ability to: Frequently walk and stand during shift and climb stairs; Occasionally lift up to 10 pounds; Occasionally carry up to 25 pounds; Frequently rotate upper trunk to the right or left while sitting or standing; Occasionally reach above, at, or below shoulder heights; Occasionally climb ladders, and other inclined surfaces; Push and pull objects; Coordinate eye, hand, and foot movement in order to operate a vehicle. Education equivalent to completion of a bachelor degree in public administration, physical sciences, environmental studies, education, or a related field and any combination of relevant education and experience which provides the following knowledge, abilities, and skills: One to three years of administrative experience related to solid waste management, HHW, recycling, or related activities.
