This is a high-impact role for an experienced talent leader who will design, own, and continuously improve the systems that help Verathon employees and leaders grow - from new hire onboarding and core manager training, through career development and performance management, to AI-driven upskilling. Reporting to the VP, People, this role partners closely with HRBPs, People Operations, and business leaders across the company to build a thoughtful, metric-driven development ecosystem that strengthens capability, performance, engagement, and retention.
