Environmental hazards such as chemicals, solvents, needles, needle containers, sharps, blood, body fluids, various infectious/communicable diseases, infectious medical waste, radiation, and/or radioactive materials and/or radioactive waste, proximity to moving mechanical parts within work areas. Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Facilities Management this position is responsible for daily operation and maintenance of the physical plant, including but not limited to HVAC, electrical, steam generation/sterilization, plumbing and mechanical systems, general building maintenance, and grounds keeping.
