The Assistant Director is responsible for transfer programming that may include, but may not be limited to, the University Mentoring Program, ongoing transfer training for employees, organizing program-specific transfer events, supporting transfer fairs as needed in collaboration with Student Services, and serving as the primary person responsible Guaranteed Admissions Programs (GAP) that the College participates in, including but not limited to: overseeing the GAP programs, connecting participating students with advisors and faculty mentors, and completing verification processes. Salary Type Annual FLSA E = Exempt Position Type: Staff Position Summary: The Assistant Director of ACA & Transfer Success reports to the Dean of General Education and Transfer and serves as the primary person responsible for all Discipline Chair responsibilities for ACA-prefix courses across the College, as well as for providing administrative and programming leadership for transfer agreements, opportunities, employee trainings, and resources across the College.
