Reporting to the Head of Planning, Research, & Analytics, this role manages the institution's portfolio of AI-enabled vendor solutions, leads pilots and experimentation with emerging AI capabilities including agentic workflows, and operationalizes AI governance practices that support responsible adoption. Design, build, and evaluate pilots of emerging AI capabilities, including large language model applications and agentic workflows, within institutional processes such as enrollment, advising, student communications, and reporting.
