Essential Duties: Prepares patients for examination: Greets patients, reviews symptoms, treatment, and past health/medical history, takes B/P, weight, height, temperature, and other measurements such as peak flow and/or vitals as appropriate to complete health assessment in clinical area, performs vision, hearing screenings and spirometry if appropriate, obtains blood, urine, and sputum specimens as appropriate, and assists with laboratory requisitions and assures lab pick-up. We are seeking Certified Medical Assistants (active AAMA certification) with service and community minded individuals to join our highly skilled care teams who provide much needed outpatient medical care to an under-served community.
