High school diploma, technical school, associate degree, military technical training, or equivalent experience 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS), HVAC controls, or related control systems Experience commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting Direct Digital Controls (DDC) Experience working with low-voltage controllers, sensors, actuators, valves, temperature controls, humidity controls, and related field devices Working knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment including VAV systems, air handling units (AHUs), rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, and boilers Ability to configure, calibrate, and optimize control systems Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to customer sites Preferred Qualifications Experience working with BAS/BMS platforms from Schneider Electric EcoStruxture, Siemens, Automated Logic (ALC), Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Trane, or similar controls manufacturers Experience with BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, or similar building automation communication protocols Previous field service experience supporting commercial or industrial facilities Experience with system commissioning, retrofits, upgrades, and controls optimization What's in it for me?
