Masters Degree or a foreign equivalent* in Industrial Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with demonstrated knowledge in the following areas: Demonstrated knowledge of construction management; Demonstrated knowledge of commercial construction; Demonstrated knowledge as a Project Manager on Monumental Stairs projects; Demonstrated knowledge with RFIs, Change Orders, punch lists, contract management, vendor relationship management, purchase orders, and budget management; Lean management certified; and Six Sigma certified. The required experience must include the following: Two (2) years of experience in commercial construction; Two (2) years of experience as a PM on Monumental Stairs projects; Two (2) years of experience with RFIs, Change Orders, Punch lists, contract management, vendor relationship management, purchase orders and budget management; Lean management certified; and Six Sigma certified.
