Aids in the client's educational process-academic and social, including conducting health education classes and teaching individual clients health related issues as, self-administration of medications, administering IM injections, performing phlebotomy procedures, prevention of infectious diseases, nutrition, nicotine. The Medical Assistant is responsible for providing quality health care services to all residents including assessing somatic conditions, delivering medications according to procedure and creating a favorable group climate for the effective treatment of each resident in treatment.
