The Director oversees a comprehensive co-curricular program including advising, training, leadership development and support for student government, clubs, organizations, societies, and student-run businesses; supports engaging and a robust program of campus events that encourage the development of community and promote student wellness; and a leadership development program consistent with Wellesley's model for leadership development. Lead and supervise staff of Associate Director of Student Involvement, three part-time staff members, and six student assistants to provide a student involvement program that encourages student engagement, promotes holistic student development and which responds to student interests and needs.
