The Associate General Counsel helps ensure business practices remain aligned with applicable legal requirements while supporting strategic initiatives, mitigating legal risk, and providing practical legal solutions in a fast-paced, multi-state healthcare environment. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this role partners closely with executive leadership, Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Compliance, affiliated practice entities, and outside counsel to provide legal guidance on contracts, transactions, employment matters, litigation, and regulatory issues.
