You'll own everything from business development through placement: sourcing your own clients, running intake, building executive pipelines, and closing Senior Director-through-C-Suite searches in private equity, venture-backed and founder-led companies, and the energy & utilities, technology/AI, aerospace & defense, manufacturing, consumer products & retail, and life sciences sectors. Execute daily outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches) to generate net-new meetings, convert meetings to signed searches, and build predictable pipeline.
