For the Healthcare Project Manager we are seeking: 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction, healthcare project experience strongly preferred, experience managing projects ranging from approximately $10 million to $70 million+, strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and contract administration, experience leading projects in active or occupied environments is a plus, proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction management software, bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities simultaneously. Key responsibilities include managing healthcare construction projects from award through project completion, developing and maintaining project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls, leading communication with owners, healthcare systems, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, overseeing contracts, procurement activities, change orders, and project documentation, identifying and mitigating project risks to maintain schedule and budget objectives, partnering closely with Superintendents to drive safety, quality, and operational excellence, and building and maintaining strong client relationships that generate repeat business opportunities.
