The Voluntary Employee Benefits Consultant partners with Sales, Underwriting, and Product teams as the internal subject matter expert to support RFP submissions, questionnaires, pricing discussions, and implementation planning for prospective and existing clients. Collaborate closely with internal departments-Life, Accident & Disability (LAD) Sales Reps, Sales Support, Underwriting, Policyholder Services, Billing, Compliance, and Compensation-to achieve production goals and ensure high-quality business.
