Will need to be able to lift 50 pounds, work outdoors in all weather conditions, be physically able to stand and walk for the majority of the day as well as be able to walk and climb on uneven surfaces, climb ladders & stairs, bend, lift, grasp, push and pull materials to move them in and out of vehicles and around construction sites as well as operate power tools. This position requires that you be attentive, empathetic, collaborative, have harmonious interpersonal skills and the ability to relate well with all constituents, including staff, partnering families, volunteers, business, religious and political communities.
