What You''ll Do: Administer and support enterprise endpoint management services across Microsoft Intune, MECM/Configuration Manager, Jamf Pro, Entra ID, Apple School Manager, and related technologies, including provisioning, enrollment, configuration, compliance, application delivery, OS updates, security remediation, inventory, and device lifecycle management. Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex Windows and macOS issues spanning endpoint platforms, operating systems, applications, identity, networking, and security controls, including approved device-management actions such as resets, wipes, retirements, ownership changes, Activation Lock remediation, and record cleanup.
