While performing duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk for long periods at a time, sit, use of hands and fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, climb ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear, or smell. Responsible for maintaining award tracking systems, processing award documentation, managing electronic records, preparing correspondence, and supporting award-related activities, retirement packages, and length of service recognition programs.
