Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent Minimum one (1) year of clerical experience in an office setting Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Ability to work autonomously within scope while managing multiple tasks with professionalism, confidentiality, compliance, and efficiency Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications, ADP, and other systems Knowledge of and compliance with HIPAA regulations Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and organize work across multiple and sometimes competing deadlines Professional written and verbal communication skills Successful relationship management skills within multidisciplinary teams and diverse, multicultural environments Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to use initiative and sound judgment Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and navigate ambiguity Ability to inspire trust and confidence while communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders Customer service mindset with knowledge of assigned human resource functions and workplace safety practices Ability to travel between health center sites as needed; valid drivers license required. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish and English Associates or bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Human Resources certification such as aPHR preferred Minimum one (1) year of experience in general Human Resources functions, or equivalent progressive experience, preferably in the healthcare industry Experience with ADP Workforce Now Experience supporting multiple teams or locations Knowledge of Oregon and Washington employment laws and regulations Experience working in a grant-funded organization, such as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
