What You'll Do-Coordinate patient appointments and maintain accurate scheduling records-Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit-Answer incoming calls, assist with routine inquiries, and schedule appointments-Process patient forms, billing documentation, and updates to the electronic medical record-Serve as a subject matter expert for scheduling, registration, and billing systems-Coordinate complex scheduling activities, including surgical scheduling, provider schedule management, and template/block scheduling-Provide training, guidance, and day-to-day support to Practice and Office Assistants-Partner with leadership to help oversee daily practice operations and workflow-Manage messages and requests related to prior authorizations, prescription refills, provider inquiries, and test results-Collect co-payments when applicableWhat We're Looking ForExperience in a healthcare, physician practice, or clinical office settingStrong organizational, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with patient scheduling, registration, billing, and electronic medical records preferredDemonstrated ability to serve as a resource and mentor to team membersJoin a collaborative team dedicated to delivering outstanding care and making every patient interaction a positive experience.
