Spearhead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Clinical, Facilities, Human Resources, and Quality Assurance to coordinate the resources, operational connections, subject-matter expertise, and information necessary to support the successful launch and expansion of CBEM's Behavioral Health services. In this leadership role, you will navigate California and other states' Medicaid and commercial insurance landscapes while cultivating strategic partnerships with key entities such as state and county behavioral health departments, community-based organizations, and educational programs.
