In collaboration with the Regional Director of Finance, this role is assists in the accountable for driving profitability, operational performance, and compliance, while serving as a key business partner to RDOF, Field Operations leadership, and property-level Directors of Finance. Support Regional DOF with oversight of assigned portfolio to ensure accounting principles are followed in all hotels, as well as compliance with management agreement terms, such as Management Fee calculation, Performance tests, F&E provisions, contracting authority and audit requirements.
