Responsibilities: • Keep the Store Manager informed about operational updates, team performance, and any store-related challenges • Monitor and mitigate potential security risks, including internal theft and shoplifting • Foster collaboration across departments to meet store objectives and improve operational efficiency • Lead recruitment, hiring, and training efforts to build a skilled, diverse, and motivated team • Oversee and coordinate daily store operations, including sales floor activities, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service Qualifications: • Proven supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and hold team members accountable • Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening • High school diploma or equivalent, or ability to obtain through The Excel Center • Experience cultivating a positive, supportive, and productive workplace environment • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance for travel between job sites Compensation: $17 hourly. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence and delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
