Assist with jackpot approvals, payouts, fills, credits, and required documentation; monitor machine availability and floor conditions; and support slot promotions, special events, machine moves, and installations in coordination with Slot Technical, Security, Surveillance, and other departments. Oversee slot floor and table game operations during assigned shifts, ensuring the integrity and proper conduct of gaming activities and compliance with gaming procedures, regulations, internal controls, Title 31 requirements, and company policies.
