This role plays an important part in site preparation, excavation, backfill, grading, material handling, demolition support, and maintaining production while working closely with foremen, superintendents, laborers, finishers, operators, and project teams. We are looking for a Track Hoe Operator who works safely, takes pride in clean and accurate work, communicates well with the crew, and understands how equipment production affects the entire job.
