Maintain open communication and demonstrate active listening, with proper tone and body language, with all families, team members and management, and maintains a positive working relationship with all families, team members, and management. Serve as a coach and mentor for new employees, Senior Lead Teachers, Lead Teachers and Teacher Assistants regarding center operations, policies & procedures, parent/teacher communication applications, and behavior guidance strategies.
