A day in the life of an Assistant Project Manager involves providing assistance to the Project Manager through construction planning, scheduling equipment deliveries, facilitation document distribution, and serving as a liaison between project team members and the community with the common goal of promoting the interests of both the firm and clients in all matters. MCN Assistant Project Managers work directly with the Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Executives to provide technical expertise regarding cost estimates, negotiate contracts, change orders, and establish project objectives to ensure project success.
