Working closely with the Property Manager, Building Technicians, vendors, and other team members, you'll perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks while contributing to the overall appearance, safety, and operation of the property. Maintain the overall cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of the property, including interior common areas and exterior grounds, in partnership with Aeon's Building Technicians and vendors.
