The Facilities Maintenance Manager oversees preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs supporting HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, steam process, compressed air, chilled water, vacuum, RODI, wastewater, chemical process systems, and other site infrastructure. This position partners closely with Facilities Operations, Engineering, EHS, Construction, and Manufacturing teams to drive asset reliability, operational excellence, workforce development, and continuous improvement initiatives that support site and business objectives.
