The RNs on the ACT team participate in a team-nursing model, working collaboratively with other RNs to share responsibilities, support one another, and ensure clients receive coordinated and comprehensive care including medications drops, administration of injections, and completing various mental health assessments as needed. Team members have access to company fleet vehicles, work cell phones, licenses renewal reimbursement, dollars and training days for CEUs, peer led support groups and frequent potlucks/shared meals.
