The position partners closely with investigators, study teams, nursing staff, and leadership to align operational resources with research demand while ensuring high levels of customer service, operational efficiency, and program sustainability. This position provides operational oversight of the mTRU program, including intake, staff and resource allocation, capacity management, workflow development, operational reporting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective utilization of mTRU services.
