Registered professional nurses possessing a BSN degree or higher may be exempt from Train the Trainer program completion requirement, but will need to provide documentation of completion of an IDPH-approved specialized workshop, course, seminar, continuing education unit, or other approved training for instruction in Alzheimers Disease and related dementias of at least four (4) hours or four (4) CEU credits. Holidays: The College is closed on the following holidays: Labor Day, Election Day (Presidential Election years only), Wednesday through Friday of Thanksgiving week, Christmas Eve Day through New Year's Day inclusively, Dr. Martin Luther King's Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, and Independence Day.
