Education: For employees hired after 12/1/2017: Nursing Assistant on either the Minnesota Department of Health Nursing Assistant Registry or the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry at the time of hire (need not be renewed), OR be currently enrolled in an accredited Nursing program and have completed one semester of clinical rotations, OR see experience. Prolonged, extensive or considerable standing/walking; lifts, positions, pushes and/or transfers patients; lifts supplies/ equipment; considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching.
