While Relationship Coaches focus on developing the young person, the Care Manager develops the network around them, bringing caregivers, schools, providers, employers, community organizations, and natural supports together around shared goals, clear roles, and coordinated action. Caregivers, coaches, providers, schools, and partners share priorities, understand their roles, communicate proactively, and respond quickly to changing needs.
