Including subject matter guidance of clinical support, participant personal care, recreational therapies, administrative, nutritional, participant transportation, and/or day center activities, all of which are designed to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of health care and social services at all AltaMed PACE centers. Experience working collaboratively with some and/or all of the following disciplines: nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, and/or gerontology required.
