Under the direction of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, the Beauty Team Leader leads or supports employees in the assigned area in completing daily tasks, ensuring organized merchandising, accurate pricing, timely replenishment, cleanliness, and proper customer service. Promptly correct out-of-stocks, misplaced items, incorrect price labels, disorganized displays, and similar issues, and report them to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
