Communicates with leadership and documents any unusual events occurring during shift, including but not limited to safety incidents, patient care concerns, staffing issues, policy deviations, and examples of exceptional teamwork or professionalism. Oversees day-to-day assigned unit operations and continually evaluates quality and effectiveness of patient care, clinical judgment, productivity, staffing, and education as applicable to assigned area(s).
