ROLE: The Director, Operations reports to the General Manager and is responsible for overseeing the organization''s Quality, Continued Operational Safety (COS) Engineering, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Warehousing, and Logistics functions. The Director, Operations is responsible for both strategic leadership and daily execution, driving operational excellence through process optimization, continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, cost management, and customer satisfaction.
