This includes maintenance visual control, 5S, documentation control, one-point lessons, and other TPM activities; Assist in writing operational manuals and procedures relating to the operation and maintaining of Company equipment electronically, electrically, or electro-mechanical pneumatically; Communicate with customer and sales to develop job strategy/product application; Maintain and repair CNC equipment, monitor newly installed equipment, and train other workers in the operation of equipment; Must be flexible and willing to come back to the plant on days off in cases of maintenance emergencies. Knowledge of servo drives for controls systems; Knowledge of electrical circuitry with the ability to troubleshoot failed cards and system components; Ability to learn and assist with machine alignment and calibration (laser interferometer, spindle analyzer, ball-bar, machine leveling, vibration analyzer, servo error and mechanical alignment.
