Advise on a broad range of transactions, including in and out licensing agreements, product supply agreements, distribution agreements, complex service agreements, sponsored research agreements, collaboration agreements, general contractual matters and provisions related to proprietary rights, marketing, antitrust, confidentiality, government contracts, privacy, regulatory affairs, indemnity, liability, damages, warranty, anti-bribery, and import and export. The Associate Director, Assistant General Counsel will serve as a key attorney for commercial and licensing transactions within the Maravai LifeSciences portfolio, working alongside other attorneys to provide legal services to Maravai's commercial teams.
