What you’ll be doing As a Resident Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for overall maintenance of your assigned properties on the Olympic Peninsula, including Gig Harbor, Port Orchard, Belfair, Poulsbo, Silverdale and Vashon Island and will be required to perform routine maintenance tasks to include, but not limited to: Unit Maintenance:Conduct regular maintenance of storage units, such as spring, hasp, and seal repair or replacement.
