Job Title: Staff Accountant Location: Atlanta,GA (Hybrid/Onsite) Reports To: Finance FLSA Status: Exempt Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 SUMMARY The Staff Accountant performs the transactional accounting that feeds the month-end close, including cash receipt posting, invoice intake, journal entry preparation, and assigned reconciliations, under the direction and review of the Senior Accountant. · Assist with vendor setup by obtaining and organizing required documentation, including the IRS Form W-9, direct deposit form, and executed contract, with vendor records in the accounting system owned by the Senior Staff Accountant (AP) and contract documentation maintained by Administrative Services.
