The patient population will consist of a mixed caseload including Head and Neck cancer, cancer-related cognitive impairments as well as non-cancer patients including general dysphagia, voice, speech, language and neurologic impairments. Provide extensive education to patients, their families, and caregivers regarding their communication or swallowing disorder, prognosis, therapy techniques and home practice strategies.
