Duties and responsibilities include drafting correspondence, pleadings, opinion letters, and other documents; reviewing and analyzing documents for relevance and privilege; preparing for, attending, and summarizing depositions; coordinating with witnesses; communicating with clients, courts, and other counsel; and drafting and arguing motions. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, communication, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision.
