Build, hire, develop, and manage a team of high-performance Product Execution Leaders who lead cross-functional core teams of sourcing, product and process engineering, supply base engineering, quality, tooling, supply planning, logistics, trade compliance and factory program management from exploration through mass production. Partner closely with Hardware leaders, product owners, PCT, Global Operations leadership and engineering leadership to ensure we are developing the right products and that all new products and new initiatives are supported from a manufacturing-leadership standpoint.
