The role will involve advising on stressed and distressed matters, liability management transactions, out-of-court restructurings, bankruptcies and related financings, as well as reviewing and negotiating transaction documents, assessing legal and structural risks, and partnering closely with investment, trading, compliance, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities: Support in-court and out-of-court restructurings, including chapter 11 cases, liability management transactions, exchange offers, and amendments and waivers.
