Act as part of a team that prosecutes and defends lawsuits involving copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and trade libel, data privacy (including online tracking technologies), rights of privacy/rights of publicity; Advise clients on data privacy compliance, AI governance, and data governance matters, including preparation and review or privacy notices, internal privacy and security policies, procedures and controls, third party risk management, risk assessments, and internal training for clients on these matters.
