The work to be performed under this contract will be at: Solider Readiness Processing Center, Fort Bliss, Texas, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, 18511 Highlander Medics St, Fort Bliss, TX 79906, and outlying clinics. All services are to be performed on Fort Bliss military installations, with most services provided within the Soldier Readiness Processing Center and other soldier processing affiliated facilities (medical/dental) located throughout the installation.

This contract provides for personal and non-personal services in coordination with William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC) with primary support to Fort Bliss Mobilization and Demobilization (MOB/DEMOB), Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP), Conus Replacement Center (CRC), Separation and Physical History Examinations (SHPE) as applicable, and secondary support to WBAMC and outlying clinics.<br/>Mission requirements are to ensure Active Military, Reservist, ARNG, DA Civilians, and Contractor Personnel are medically validated for deployment, upon re-deployment, resolve non-deployable conditions and perform full Separation History and Physical Examinations (if applicable). All services are to be performed on Fort Bliss military installations, with most services provided within the Soldier Readiness Processing Center and other soldier processing affiliated facilities (medical/dental) located throughout the installation. Current locations are subject to change as the installation’s MFGI Mobilization Support Force (MSF) capabilities and capacities are expected and projected to expand. All services provided under this contract shall be as comprehensive as government-supplied facilities, equipment, and support services permit. The contract personnel may be required to work at different locations within WBAMC due to transitioning services, staff shortages, or peak/surge workloads. <br/><br/>The work to be performed under this contract will be at: Solider Readiness Processing Center, Fort Bliss, Texas, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, 18511 Highlander Medics St, Fort Bliss, TX 79906, and outlying clinics.<br/><br/>Work Schedule<i>: </i> <br/><b>Scheduling:</b> The MTF reserves the right to reduce, increase, change and/or stagger shifts hours dependent on mission. <p>Matrix Providers is hiring an <strong>Audiologist</strong> to join our team of talented medical professionals to conduct a one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exam in<strong> El Paso, TX.</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Employment Status: Full Time</strong></li><li><strong>Compensation: </strong>This is an hourly position, paid bi-weekly $50.00-$55.62/hr.</li><li><strong>Schedule: </strong>Full Time, Monday- Thursday, 8:00am-4:00pm.</li><li><strong>Benefits:</strong> Competitive financial package with a comprehensive insurance package including health, dental, vision, and life coverage.
	<ul><li>Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Paid Holidays (Outlined in Handbook)</li><li>401(k) Plan</li></ul></li></ul><hr/><p><strong>Requirements: </strong>The <strong>Audiologist</strong> must have and meet the following.</p><ul><li>Hold an active and unrestricted Audiologist license.</li><li>Possess a master's or doctorate from a program accredited by CAA, ACAE, or ASHA certification.</li><li><strong>Certification: </strong>Have an active and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.</li><li>Must possess basic computer skills.</li><li>All on-site staff and contractors must be fully vaccinated per CDC and state guidelines.</li><li>Prior VA or compensation exam experience is a plus but not required.</li></ul><hr/><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><ul><li>Review pertinent medical history documentation and provide one-time, non-treatment audiology compensation and pension exams for Veterans.</li><li>The audiologist will capture responses during the exam through a web-based examination form(s); all documentation will be completed electronically. Completed exams are sent to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for disability award determinations.</li><li>Perform a Comprehensive audio exam to assess hearing loss or tinnitus.</li><li>Standard testing includes Pure Tone Air and Bone, tympanometry, acoustic reflex, testing, and speech recognition.</li><li>All equipment necessary to perform duties will be available on location with custom soundproof booths.</li></ul><hr/><p>Matrix Providers is an equal-opportunity employer.
