In this key role, you'll be the go-to person for all guest needs during the night shift, handling everything from reservations and check-ins to addressing guest inquiries. If you're an organized, dependable multi-tasker with a positive attitude and a strong knowledge of the local area, we want you on our team!What You'll Do:<ul><li>Guest Services: Provide a warm, welcoming experience for all guests. Handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and accurately record charges for rooms, taxes, My Store purchases, and pet fees according to policy.</li><li>Guest Assistance: Address guest questions, concerns, and complaints with comprehensive knowledge of the hotel, amenities, and local attractions, including restaurants, shopping, attractions, and churches.</li><li>Night Audit & Paperwork: Complete the Night Audit Checklist, manage cash logs, call logs, and maintain all necessary paperwork. Job Description Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Quality Engineer to work on our Environment, Safety, Health & Quality (ESH&Q) team. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our Idaho Falls facility with (every other Friday off. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities: Quality Assurance Program Support <ul><li>Serve as a subject matter expert and primary contact for INL lab-wide quality assurance programs, processes, and requirements. </li><li>Conduct, plan, lead, schedule, and report on internal quality program audits, reviews, and surveillances to verify that requirements are identified, incorporated, and effectively implemented. </li><li>Coordinate, lead, and support stakeholder audit and surveillance activities. </li><li>Provide oversight and assessment feedback to quality activity process owners, helping to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. </li></ul>Owner Inspector: Pressure Piping Systems <ul><li>Verify that project fabrication, examinations, testing, assembly, and erection meet applicable ASME B31.X piping code requirements. </li><li>Participate in vendor evaluations using sound auditing methods to confirm supplier capability against applicable standards (e.g., NQA-1, INL requirements, ASME B31.X). </li></ul>Procedure & Program Development <ul><li>Participate in the development and continuous improvement of INL procedures, training materials, and tools to implement contractually applied quality program requirements. </li><li>Assist INL organizations in applying quality program requirements to specific processes, ensuring consistent and compliant implementation across departments. </li></ul>Technical Guidance & Stakeholder Interface <ul><li>Provide technical expertise, assistance, and advice to program, project, and facility management on quality compliance and implementation matters. </li><li>Interact with facility senior management on significant issues requiring coordination across organizational lines. </li><li>Interface with internal and external customers to confirm that quality needs are understood and met. </li><li>Provide solutions to resolve facility, program, or project compliance issues. </li><li>Coach and mentor facility personnel on quality requirements for activities affecting quality. </li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Level 3: Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a technical field such as Chemistry, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Management, or a closely related degree and (5) years of related experience or masters degree and (2) years of related experience or in lieu of degree 11 years of related experience. </li><li>Level 4: Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a technical field such as Chemistry, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Management, or a closely related degree and (9) years of related experience or masters degree and (6) years of related experience or in lieu of degree 15 years of related experience. </li><li>Qualify for and maintain INL Quality Engineer Qualification </li><li>This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "L" clearance, which requires US Citizenship. </li></ul>Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Experience: <ul><li>A degree in technical field related to Quality (Chemistry, Engineering, or related field). </li><li>Qualify for and maintain Lead Auditor Qualification </li><li>Ability to be certified as a VT Level II in accordance with an ASNT SNT-TC-1a </li><li>Knowledge, understanding, and ability to apply various industry Codes and standards, including but not limited to: <ul><li>ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Codes </li><li>ASME B31.X Codes </li><li>Experience or certification in Quality Inspection/Test methods </li></ul></li><li>Able to certify as an INL owner's inspector within 1 year. <ul><li>At least 10 years of experience in design, fabrication, or examination of industrial pressure piping. </li><li>Have a professional engineering registration or nationally recognized equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in design, fabrication, or examination of industrial pressure piping. </li><li>Be a certified welding inspector or a senior certified welding inspector with at least 5 years of experience in design, fabrication, or examination of industrial pressure piping. </li><li>Be an authorized piping inspector as defined in API 570, Piping Inspection Code: In-service inspection, Rating, Repair, and Alteration of Piping Systems, with at least 5 years of experience in design, fabrication, or examination of industrial pressure piping. </li></ul></li></ul>Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this classification, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use stairs, sit, stoop, kneel, bend, and work in confined spaces.
